Knuckle PowerPack App by CineDesign
By downloading or using the Knuckle PowerPack app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Knuckle PowerPack is a free mobile application that allows users to monitor and control CineDesign Knuckle battery power systems via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The app is intended to be used with Knuckle devices rented from CineDesign.
Each Knuckle device is protected by a PIN code provided with the rental. You may only use the app to control devices for which you have been given an authorized PIN. Attempting to access devices without authorization is prohibited.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CineDesign does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
CineDesign shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the Knuckle device. The Knuckle's Bluetooth-controlled output is a simple ON/OFF switch and the user assumes full responsibility for its use.
Knuckle devices are rental equipment owned by CineDesign. Damage, loss, or theft of the device is subject to the terms of your rental agreement with CineDesign, not these app terms.
The Knuckle PowerPack app, its design, code, and branding are the property of CineDesign. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
CineDesign may disable access to any Knuckle device at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to end of rental period or misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
